After a total failure 3 weeks ago (early upgrade attempt 2.08 → 2.09) I decided to try the upgrade experience one more time.
During upgrade process 2.08->2.09 I received this error message.

Since I am not using this particular skin I further upgraded to 2.10.
Many problems were encountered using 2.10
Non exhaustive list:
- Cannot access to Users / User Groups
- Cannot save a NEW CATEGORY
- Blocks in CATEGORIES (only) do not display correctly (neither do they in 2.08)
- Cannot save an Block after editing it
I was lucky enough to revert succesfully back to 2.08.
(succesfully? really? time will tell)
