Not sure how to title this one! Basically, I run a company where we sell custom merchandise and sometimes we find ourselves having to correct mistakes and reship merchandise. The problem is, we need to keep records of tracking information per each package that was shipped out. As of now, in admin, we can reship and edit the tracking details, but old details are replaced.
I would love it if you could click on an existing order and possibly create a new update to the order. It would pull the customer’s name & address, contact info, what they bought etc, but on the new order you could list any changes and document new shipping details. In the future, by pulling up a customer, one could see all updates or changes that have been done for the customer.
