Hi I am updating CS-Cart: version 3.0.3 PROFESSIONAL
It worked perfect as a small wholsale site for over a decade without any issues :slight_smile:

Since the php version is going to change to and I am not going to be able to open the old store anymore, I will need to export and save and backup the old orders.

What would be the best way to go about it?
Is there a guide how to do it?

Second question is Is there a way to delete all the users and all the orders from the latest cs-cart?

Perhaps there is a SQL query for phpmyadmin?

Hello,

  • go to manage orders/manage users page and add &items_per_page=5000 to the url
  • select all items and delete them page by page

Since orders and users use several tables in the database, there is no easy way to delete them with sql query
