I'm currently sharing all my products in all my stores. Therefore, I've enabled the Default state of the "Update for all stores" icon. Nevertheless, I was wondering wether or not it was possible to have this default icon unchecked for serveral fields ( price, meta data, ...)
Currently I only need to uncheck this on the price but in the future I might need it at several other places.

In the design/backend/templates/views/products/update.tpl file you can pass additional parameter to update_for_all.tpl (design/backend/templates/buttons/update_for_all.tpl) file to uncheck setting for certain fields

I can only modify all fields but not just the price udpate. Is there a particular line of code that I should add to the file ?

Yes, you should modify two files to add extra parameter for disabling this feature if extra parameter is not empty
