update center in cs-cart 2.2, showing "No upgrades currently available". please help. thanks.

Have you paid the upgrade prologation fee? If not, nothing will be available to you.

Log in the cs-cart.com/helpdesk and click on the Licenses item. You can check upgrades expiration date and order upgrades subscription on the opened page.
