Is it possible with CS-Cart to have unique content at the top of each category; specific only to that category, like the header images on this site http://www.hookahhookah.com ?
Yes. You can either do this using the content editor (Products>Categories>Edit Category) for the category description, or create a custom block assigned to the Category location above the default 'Main Content' block and then edit the block as appropriate for each category (Edit Category page>Blocks tab).
