Hi everyone,
My website suddenly can't open any pages from yesterday. Checked with my host and was told the error is “[07-May-2014 19:43:29 Europe/Moscow] PHP Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: “exception.tpl” in /home/public_html/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095”.
I haven't made any changes recently. Why I have this error?
Thanks very much in advance!

Maybe this file is accidentally deleted.
Thanks cscartrocks for your quick reply.
How can I check whether it's actually accidentally deleted? What's the location of the file “exception.tpl”?
What is your cs-cart version?
It's Ultimate 3.0.2. Thanks

Hi, I bought some support credit and raised the matter with CS cart technical support team, but nobody get back to me. I tried to upload all the original “exception.tpl”, still not show any pages.
Could anybody here is able to help? My website is down for nearly a week now, and I so desperate to get it back to work again.
Thanks a million!
