After creating a new vendor, I am unable to login as Vendor. Also, the new Vendor was unable to login to their new account with their login details from the automated email they received. The error shown is “Error Access denied” I reset the password, and again both the Vendor and I are unable to login. Never has it happened before.
Please make sure that the vendor administrator was created for this vendor. And both vendor and vendor administrator accounts should have the Active status

I checked following your suggestion, and both have an Active status, but still unable to login
Hi. I upgraded my ram from 32 to 64 and it now works fine. It’s also much faster too.
