What features are you looking for?
If you know what you're doing, get a VPS at future hosting with london location.
If you don't really know, get a good shared hosting package.
If your limit is a VPS, I would suggest, for a UK-based host, NuBlue - very well balanced servers with possibly the best hosting support I've come across for anything but dedicated server management.
