I cant tell because it hasnt let me upgrade yet from 4.01. are you sure your on 4.02?

Why do they call it UK cookie law? It's an EU one.
On my security page the text to say what it is isn't displayed but there is a checkbox about three lines after the rest that turns it on when checked.
How can i customize the design?
