Two Rewards questions

I have 2 questions regarding the Rewards.

1. I’m just curious, I know codes can be given for discounts that they would have to submit at checkout. However, is there anything like that for the Rewards? If you general a code and they could submit and it would add to their point total without purchasing anything or is that only possible manually?

2. Also, is there any way to list a product and that can only be “purchased” with the rewards without a monetary value?
