is it possible within cs-cart to use two Stripe add-ons?
e.g Stripe UK for UK customers
Stripe US for international customers?
or do any considerations or changes need to be made
I am viewiing them both as seperate payment methods for different seller base
in the case of an international and a UK sellers in one cart → we are using paypal commerce platform

Yep, you can do it
with create two payment method, but you need to buy a third party addon for payment restriction also, to restrict payment method with countries
Yes, you can do it. To make payment methods dependent on countries, use the ‘Payments by Country’ add-on (available in the Ultimate edition).
