Is this possible? I just logged into admin and notice that four to five customers a day are writing me through this order communication feature. Problem is, I never log in to read the comments and they aren’t being emailed to me. I am not responding and look awful!
I’d father them email or call me through normal customer support than leave a message I’ll never read. Is there anyway to turn off this feature?
Go to Admin->Addons->Comments and Reviews, set “Allow customer to initiate discussion” to unchecked.
