We have a payment addon in place, we created another one similar to the one we have, but when we click the install button it seems it has been installed, but it does not show up in the payment methods under Administration.
Is there something we need from CS-Cart for it to be allowed or something?

Does your module adds extra row to the cscart_payment_processors table? Please check it in the phpMyAdmin
