Hope it's a temporary effect because of ongoing changes. It would be nice though to see editable tabs for each product and even repositioning them according to tab content and nature of products, not just active/disabled options.

That's right, it's only global. It would be very useful if tabs can be managed per product, also per user group.
I believe it would be very easy for them to make these options available.

Duplicate attributes has been fixed, the fix will be included in the 4.13.2 release.

Product reviews privilege is Full Access.
Log in as a vendor.
Edit a review.
Only replying can be done, but nothing else such as approving the review.
Thank you for your report. This is the intended behavior. Vendors are only supposed to be able to reply to the reviews, not approve/disapprove or edit them. Giving vendors such abilities would have allowed them to "game the system" and remove unfavorable reviews.
However, we understand that "Full access" gives people a reason for different expectations. If this proves to be confusing to our clients, we'll look into changing this privilege to make it more understandable.
