I have version 2.x and imported 1000 products successfully and everything seems to work fine except the tracking of inventory. In admin, I have it set to track. During the import each product was set to “track without options” and I provided the stock quantity of each item… and currently all the products do show “track without options”.
My problem is that in the product admin, where it says “in stock” it is followed by a “edit” and it should not be. It should show the quantity box with the stock level I provided. The only way I found to fix this, is by changing the drop down box from “track without options” to “do not track” and then back again and then the quantity box starts showing. But I hate to do this one by one for a thousand items. Can anyone provide a fix or solution for what I am considering a “bug” in the software.
