Has anyone had a issue with creating more than 10 storefronts with MVE ultimate v16.1 & unitheme? First sign of a problem is the store logo doesn’t appear in the themse screen i.e. you can’t add one, 2nd problem is if you move categories to the new store they vanish with all the products. Tried it, restored, tried it again in my dev store same result, but it seems to work ok with the standard responsive theme.
It doesn’t have any limitations, I’ve created even more storefronts in even older versions of MVE and I’ve never had a problem like this. Please try to contact us via Help Desk on this case.
Thankyou I have raised a ticket … I have since found out (by restoring from back-up) that the issue wasn’t more than 10 storefronts … this topic is related (Please help - broken store - #6 by chickentwisty) rather than tackle in 3 places I have ticked solution to this thread.
