Hi

I cant work with my Cs-Cart Multivendor !!! I dont know why,

my server admin send me this asnwer for my ticket.:

"Hello Mr. Atik, and now you have to ask the software manufacturer and ask what is going wrong. Obviously, there is a timeout exceeded. That should not be, the timeouts on the server are several seconds long. Why does the code need more? You do not run a shop there with God knows how many accesses per second. - Oliver Dzombic"

How long is "several seconds"? What are the timeout settings on the server?

When and where do you receive such errors?

Did you contact tech support?
This will be the fastest way to figure out the problem. Because your server logs are required for investigation.
