There is no member named the member you entered in our store. Please try again, making sure you entered your member name correctly

I am using cs cart 4.18.1 version. When the customer forgets his membership password and enters the send password e-mail, we receive the error message “We do not have a member in the business you entered”. I would like your support in solving this.

There is no such language variable in the default CS-Cart.
