"There are no products in this section" ERROR - Please Help

Hello all,



I have a problem with my shopfront.

When you browse most (not all) of the product categories in my shopfront - none of the items associated with that category are shown…instead it just says “There are no products in this section”.



I have double checked to make sure the items are added to the categories, i have cleared the cache both in the admin and on IE and Firefox.



I have not installed any new scripts or add-ons.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are all your products marked as enabled

have you got suppliers function turned on but have no suppliers listed for those products

THanks for your response.



Yes i did check that all products were enabled/active, and i dont use the suppliers feature.



I found nothing in the logs that would indicate concern. I was able to access categories as normal in the morning as i was price checking a few things and then later that day - i had this issue.

It's all good.

I submitted a ticket and the issue was solved very quickly.



Turns out all i have to do was resync searchandise.
