Just today, I could no longer edited any files using the theme editor in 4.0.3. The file list area is empty. Anybody else had this problem? (see screenshot)
I can't see the larger version of your picture for some reason. What do you have the Theme Directory set to in Themes?
That's the Template Editor not the Theme Editor by the way.

the Theme directory is correctly set in the Themes. for some reason it works fine in IE and Firefox. The problem only occurs in Chrome even after deleting the cache.
