SO right now, you can create user groups and then assign users to those groups.
It would be nice if you could alert certain groups, when certain things take place.
For instance, when I change order statues to a certain status like “ready to be shipped”, I want my shipping department to be notified about that. They don’t need to get any other emails just those as alerts. I can put them in a group called “shipping” but it would be nice if that status “read to be shipped” could alert that group.
I guess I could just create a supplier.
That would probably be a clean solution if that won't cause you undo duplication…
