In terms of human compter interaction it would be a good idea to be able to let visitors view your site in serveral text sizes.

Browsers already have this functionality built in, its their job. The CS-Cart developers have more pressing things to do than create this type of functionality, like ensuring that template font sizes are relative (em or %) and not fixed (px).
There are a plenty of widgets out there if you feel it will benefit your visitors, and lots of debate for and against.
