I can’t work out how Testimonials work…
All I want to do is display customer testimonials on my home page, I’m not interested in product reviews etc.
The problem I have is that I don’t know exactly how a customer would know to leave a comment that I can put into the testimonials section.
Do they get the option to leave a comment about the website when they place an order… on their confirmation email, maybe? 
I’m definitely confused…
It doesn’t show if you don’t have any testimonials so what I did was I created one myself basically just stating “If you would like to leave feedback about “My Store” then please post here.”
I created on that said " "
