Terms and conditions error

Hi,



I am trying to setup my cart so customers must agree to terms and conditions before payment. Everything is working fine except there is no link to terms and conditions showing up in the checkout, so customers have no way of viewing my Ts & Cs.



I am running v2.1.1 and have attached a screenshot.

Well that isn't really an error since that is how CS-Cart designed it, but it is something that can be improved on.
