A week back I bougt a template from xxxx, and I have problem in installing the template but service provider not help much on this problem. They were saying it's problem with “my store”. I bought another templet from another serviec provider but I did not have any problem with installtion.
Anyone have see bleow error during the template installtion?
After template installtion files are not creating in directory “/home/shoptoap/public_html/
stores/4/skins/business_black/customer/views/block_manager/
render/”.
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: “/home/shoptoap/public_html/

Anyone have similar problem?
Your provider did not create their template properly.
Suggest you get them to fix it.

tbirnseth, we use only CSS style files changing inside of our template packages, so they can not be a cause of any smarty or template errors. In an approval of that you can download our free CS-Cart theme and check the package:

All the premium themes are made in the same way.
Moreover, we have tested the theme a couple of times and there are no issues on CS-Cart installation on our local computer.
Most probably, there are some issues with the files permission on the server.
