All of the information you need can be found either in the Knowledgebase - [url]CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation, the CS-Cart Manual which I think you can find in the file area when you log on to your support panel, or elsewhere through this forum.
Download Firebug (if you use Firefox), which will be a great help to you in changing your template.
Before posting to the forum, search and see if the question has been asked before. There have been many posts on the forum relating to template changes. I don’t think you will find people very quick to answer questions that have been asked before.
Sorry I can’t be of more help as I am not using version 2 but with the manual, the Knowledgebase and by searching this forum you should be able to find all the answers you need.
