Tax Rounding Error

cs-cart's Calculation is
0.69 x 0.08 = 0.0552 =>Round 0.06=> 0.06 * 1500 = 90 TL
this is a mistake
But it must be
0.69 x 1500 = 1,035.00 => (Tax = 1,035.00 * 0.08 = 82.8
How can we correct this ?
