Tax Free Product With Taxable Options

Hi

I have a site whose owner designs and prints leaflets. These are VAT free but the design and set up is not. The design and set up is a product option for the leaflet but has no tax applied and no way of applying it if the product is set as tax-free.

Is there any way to set the tax on a product option?

Only as required products, in a bundle.

You could also use Product Variations; have one Variation without Design&Setup, one w/. You can set taxes independantly.
