Sucuri blocking "add to cart" button

When a customer clicks add to cart they get blocked by Sucuri firewall saying that they are a bot trying a brute force attack. I ended up just hiding the add to cart button to keep people from clicking on it and thinking the site is completely messed up.

We got a phone call today about someone not being able to add an item to their cart and it did the same thing on our shop computer network until I whitelisted it in my webhosts client login where I could see my Sucuri IP’s that are blocked or whitelisted. I can’t do anything else but block or unblock IP’s

I sent an email to Sucuri, spent hours on chat with my web hosting company and did some searching around and haven’t found a solution.

Here is what happens when the customer clicks add to cart.

The sucuri account is through my web hosting company and they were zero help. I renamed my index.php file to index1.php, updated my htaccess file to rewrite from one to the other and made a new index.php file to point to the index1.php so I could get around the blocking.
