I am trying to configure our subscription events process.
1)When someone places a subscription it seems that the order is not processed immediately, but at a future date? Is there a way to sign up for a subscription and receive the order within that transaction?
2) When an subscription is subscribed to a bubble pops up showing the order incomplete? Can this be changed?
3) Does an email have to be sent to the customer to “pay” for the subscription? or can we streamline this process without the email being sent.
4) Subscription does not seem very user friendly we need help!
