Hello there! I am looking for an add-on that does what I feel is a simple task. I would like the ability to have a button that instead of saying "add to cart" it would "add to RFQ" (or similar) maintaining product options. For instance I am a manufacturer that makes custom level and flow switches, one of my parts requires upwards of 10+ "options". I have a specification form that we have been emailing customers to fill out, and then we build the price and then email back with a part number and quote.
Essentially I would have a product on the site (currently CS Cart 4.2.4 in the process of sorting an upgrade error to 4.3.1) that the price would be $0.00 (optimally I would like to replace that with QUOTE or something) that the customer would fill out the options in the sequential order, step by step, spec'ing out the part as they would on the form, but live on the site. Once complete I would like them to have the ability to "Send RFQ" or something, instead of buying that item. It would hopefully then email us and we would put together a price and come up with a part number and email back to them with the response. Optimally again, if they could purchase the item through the site that would be awesome too, but if not we could work something out.
Background: My company has been in business since 1974 selling these units since the late 80's but we don't have them currently on our site, we have an old side made in the early 2000's that submits and RFQ with the spec's and we contact them and take either a phone, email, or fax order, but we don't have it as a "product" on the website.
I hope this all makes sense, sorry for such a long first post!
Hi Vivek, I don't think that addon is what we are looking for, we don't need an auction, but instead, we need a button that will email us with the selected product with options to us, to prepare a quote.
Do you have a website I can take a look at some of your work? As of this posting you only have two postings of the same exact message.

We have clients who have modified our CS-Cart Wishlist Pro addon to allow customers request a quote.
How to change the "add to cart" button to "request of quote" button, keeping the settings the same. Please to refer to this quote.

Assuming you want both button texts you will have to utilize a hook to add the condition(s) for when to use different texts and then define those texts as different language variables.
