Stripe connect no email notification

Hi,
One customers purchase via stripe connect, for some reason there is no email notification sent? All email setting are as normal and other email notifications are sent without any issues.

Is this a known issue? How do we mitigate against this?

I am afraid there are no such known issues.

Do all other e-mail notifications sent to customer work? For example, if you create a test customer, and change something in its configuration, will he receive a notification?

Yes, everything else works. Even PayPal order notifications work as expected. Just seems to be a stripe issue

Do you mean email after the order status is changed to Processed after successful transaction?

Yes, no email being sent for Stripe at all

Stripe uses built-in CS-Cart functions to send emails. It is required to examine issue on your server directly
