Store Importer Not Working (Import From 3.0.6 To 4.1.5)

I tried to import my store from Cs-cart prof 3.0.6 to 4.1.5 and I have error

“Import from this version is not supported”

Any help for that issue?

At first, please, check that you have done everything correctly. Here is the link CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation



If you do not find the error, you may import your store to older versions, for example 4.0.2, them upgrade it to 4.1.5

Make sure that the upgrades are available for this CS-Cart license. It can be checked in the CS-Cart HelpDesk system

Where I can take 4.0.2 instalation?

You think they broke the Store Import Tool in 4.1.5? I went from 3.0.6 to 4.1.4 and it worked fine.

In file area I have only CS-Cart 4.1.5 and CS-Cart 3.0.6 Professional Edition

Where I can look this information? I have CS-Cart Lifetime License.

Maybe Helpdesk would be willing to make the 4.1.4 archive available to you. It's worth asking.
