I was running the trial version of cs-cart multi user and it was setup and working perfectly.
My trial version ran out.
I purchased the single version of cs-cart.
I installed it and create a store.
Now when I try to view the store I get the following error.
Sorry, service is temporarily unavailable.
If I look at the page source code it says: PHP Fatal Error.
I can get into my admin panel without any issues.
I can go to my old trail version of the store without any issues.
But I get and issue on the new installed with my serial number.
What is going on here?

OK. I found the problem. The theme was not set.
