Social Share Buttons

Is there a way I can add social share buttons for each individual product? I see I can add a 'Like' button that will like our Facebook page. But is there a way that when someone 'Likes' a specific product it will show on their feed that they liked that specific product?

I just took a look at sharethis and it gives me HTML and that needs to go into the header. I know the HTML can be placed into a block, but where can I put the script?

Those are custom addons that I wrote to integrate the Po.ST Social Sharing Incentive API
