In the auto-upgrade in admin, this was the only available upgrade, which I though was kind of odd since there have been a few versions published. But when I pressed “install” nothing would happen. I checked the settings and all seemed ok. Tried it several times and nothing happened. I pressed “refresh package list” and now it is empty and it says there are no upgrades currently available.

For 2.0.15, your upgrade server should be “helpdesk.cs-cart.com”.
At 2.2.1, this changes to “updates.cs-cart.com”.
Also verify that your license key is valid.
Otherwise, contact the helpdesk. It's in their interest to have you upgrade so they'll be happy to help get you over the issue(s).
