Small problem after server move

Hi

I moved my cs cart multi vendor 4.0.3 with a few issues but got it going.



I now have one small problem



everything seem to be working except when I turn CSS debug mode to off in Template editor it breaks the CSS for the front of the cart.



Mod rewrite is working on the server.



Anyone able to give me pointers.
