I want to add the newer version cart to Google sitemaps but do not know the address to enter the older version was [url]http://myownsite/.com/sitemap.xml[/url] for 2.4
I’m not sure exactly what you are requesting but the url you posted is the same for 2.x.
Note that in the standard xml addon, the file does not exist in the root of your store. It is managed by the system and pulled from the var directory by the addon when the sef_rewrite rule is applied…
Got it to work must of typed in wrong but the site map was produced and then I entered google sitemap and got this on every item that was created

So Google is saying the sitemap is not adding the www to links and where is file to edit
