I was trying to clear the cache, I don’t know what I did, but right now the website looks like this:
I add &cc to the end of the front end url (it should be admin.php, not index.php?..&cc)
That screwed things up.
Please help.
Can somebody help me, look at the screen shot, what could be possible cause of this?
Log into your admin area then point your browser to [url]http://YOURDOMAIN/admin.php?cc[/url] to see if this resolves the issue.

No it doesn’t help.
The fix: Reinstall the skin. Rename the current skin folder to skin2, and then reinstall.

Things screwed up because you don’t know what you did 
I use following line
admin.php?dispatch=categories.manage&cc
