I'm having some troubles with shipping configuration.
Basically I need weight classes for every state.
48 states ship to only, 3 zones between 48 states.
Zone 1: OH, WV, PA, MI, IN, KY, IL, WI
Zone 2: MA, DC, VT, RI, CT, ect…
Zone 3: LA, FL, TX, CO, ect…
Each zone is a different price depending on weight.
250 lbs. | 500 lbs. | 750 lbs. | 1000 lbs. | 1500 lbs. | 2000 lbs. | 2500 lbs. | 3000 lbs.
Zone 1: $99 | $118 | $135 | $150 | $215 | $240 | $300 | $357
Zone 2: $117 | $151 | $205 | $224 | $337 | $399 | $498 | $595
Zone 3: $162 | $268 | $385 | $459 | $694 | $853 | $1064 | $1277
How would I go about configuring this in cs-cart? I don't see an option to configure each state
Administration > Shipping and Taxes > Locations
Click the + icon and create/name a new zone. Under the States list, you'll need to scroll down a fair way to see the US states. Add the states you want to this zone and save.
Repeat again for the other two zones.

Thank you for the information. I figured it out shortly after posting this. However this seems to be the problem I'm having.
As displayed above it goes by zone and weight class. However this is per item not just by weight.
For example if someone orders a product that weights 750 lbs. it's $135 shipping for zone1
qty: 1
Product: $849.00
Shipping: $135.00
Total: $984.00
However this is for qty: 1
If someone adds multiple items of the same product the shipping price goes up by weight which is not the case I need the shipping prices to be per item per weight.
Example:
qty: 2
Product: $1,698.00
Shipping: $270.00
Total: $1968.00
How can I do this?
I also have an optional accessory for this product that requires additional shipping by the same price/weight class as the product price/weight class however it is lighter.
example:
enclosure price: $849, weight: 744 lbs.
enclosure foundation price: $161, weight: 260 lbs.
$849 + $135 Shipping Zone1 (750lbs weight class)
$161 + $99 Shipping Zone1 (<250lbs weight class)
Total: $1,244.00
Did I explain this well or what? Any help on this would be great. Willing to pay for one on one time on figuring this out.
