I have had shipping set up for years and since upgrading to the current version it is not calculating for the multiple packages. I am using realtime shipping with fed ex and when more than one box is needed for an order jthe shipping does not calculate. Not sure what I am doing wrong
The FedEx integration changed to REST in 4.18.3; stores using legacy credentials/methods often see failures or missing rates—especially when the packer needs to create multiple packages.
Recreating the shipping method on the new integration + setting Max box weight and per-product box rules might resolve it.
