I’m completely baffled.
One of our vendors successfully processed a 7-item order last week without any issues. However, yesterday, they received a 33-item order, and the shipping rates failed to calculate on the receipt.
I’ve double-checked everything—their rates are correctly set up to handle up to 49 items. I even tested it by adding four items to my cart, and the rates worked perfectly.
I have no idea what’s going wrong here. Since my recent update, this is the second issue involving a high number of items where something seems to “disappear.”
Does anyone have any suggestions or insights into what might be causing this?
