I set up fastway manually. Just added all the zones, the postcodes within the zones and then the shipping rates.
Works good enough for us.

I had a fastway module coded for 2.x.x if you want it… I had a programmer convert the Australia post module to fastway then add the required stuff to the database I have it all ready to go…
It would be pretty simple and cheap to convert it to 4.x.x
But I ask that if you do convert it, then you release it to the community for free.
Just msg me with your email address (whoever wants it)
