Shipping method based on cart total

Hi,

Is there a way to show/hide shipping method based on cart total?
I would like to show that shipping method for example only if cart total exceed 300$, but if not, then customer should not be able to choose that method.

Do you use realtime or manual rates calculation for this shipping method?

Actually I have 3 methods, and all are free, but 2 are for self pickup, and those 2 can be chosen always. Third one however is my free delivery, and that one should be available only if cart amount exceed some amount…
