More than $31 is $10.99
More than $121 is 14.99
I had a customer with a cart of $99 and tax $10.44
Total $109.44
The cart charged $21.98 for shipping. It should have been $10.99
Any thoughts?
Double check your rates in your method and verify that you do not have a shipping fee set for that product.
Shipping has not been set for any product. I have double checked the rates and they are as I have listed in my original post. The cart had multip[le items.
