How do I quickly create a shipping method that charges R200 for the first 20kg and then R5 per kg thereafter all the way up to about 500kg or more. Is there a quick way of doing this without having to enter individual weight dependencies 1kg at a time up to the 500kg point?

Try this, it might work
first option 20kg = R200
Next option 500kg = R2500 and tick %

I have found a way to do this Spikendelika,
The way I have done it works certainly for your default localization, but I have not been able to make it work for International or another location/country.
Have you found a way yet?

Might sound silly but what options do you have other than doing it manually?
