We are currently using CS-Cart v4.18.3 (released 6 months ago) and there is whole page for shipments which could be really useful for many cases. However, I feel like it’s rarely used by anyone.
I would like to make a suggestion to add an option to search shipments by shipment number. There are a lot of cases where shipping carriers ask for details using their shipment numbers and we log these shipment numbers to the system by using detailed shipments.
There are a lot of details which you can add in detailed shipment which is really good. But then, going back to shipments page, there is not much which can be done over there without more searching and filtering options.
