The way I read it, “WISH LIST” is only for the users eyes, correct ?

From what I understand you need to have an event for the gift registry. I’m trying to figure out how the customer can create an event then proceed with the registry.
I’ll let you know what I find.
Found it. I had to enable the EVENT box.
