Setting vendor admins user group possible?

Are vendor administrators unable to be assigned to a specific user group?
Or is this feature not available in the Standard version?
I’ve tried multiple methods, but I keep seeing “No data found” under the user group tab.
I couldn’t find any answers to this on the forum.

User groups for vendor administrators can be set up using the Vendor Privileges which is available in Multi-Vendor Plus and Ultimate.

Thinking I may have to consider upgrading next year.
